Advocate Health Care - BroMenn Country

Important Security Notice

On Thursday February 4th, 2016 Advocate Health Care will be upgrading the BroMenn Country encryption certificates to conform with the latest SHA-256 digital certificate requirements. As a result all users of BroMenn Country are required to upgrade their Citrix client software to a version that supports SHA-256 prior to this date or lose access to the BroMenn Country system.


How do you know if your computer is ready?
For Windows Users
Citrix Online Plugin 12.3 or higher OR Citrix Receiver 3.2 or higher is required.
To check your current version go to Control Panel > Programs & Features


For Mac Users
Citrix Receiver for Mac 11.7 or higher is required.
To check your current version go to System Information > Software > Applications


What happens after February 4, 2016?
If you have a current version, everything will work seamlessly. If you don't have a current version, you will be UNABLE to launch applications once logged into Citrix.
